Effects[edit]
- Allows to visit the
Workshop in
Town for converting items or opening containers for 3
each.
- Workshop-only combinations cost 7
each.
Constructing the
Factory will permanently reduce the
cost by 1.
- Having a
Hacksaw or an
Improvised Hacksaw in the
Rucksack will reduce the
cost by 1.
- So with both reductions together, each conversion costs 1
and each combination 5

- With the
Technicians Workbench built, it is even possible to select the yield of dismantleable
Resources and openable
Containers and Boxes for the cost of 8
.
- Additionally Technicians Workbench-only item combinations are available in that case.
Upgrading it will reduce the
cost of constructing new buildings and improves building repairs at higher levels.

- The
Workshop allows towns to refine resources for
construction. It is often one of the first buildings to be constructed as other buildings depend on the resources it provides.
Changes[edit]
- In Season 18:
- Combinations were added.
- In Season 17:
- Instant blanks were added.
- In Season 16:
Technicians Workbench was added.
- In Season 15:
- Upgrades level 4 and 5 now influence construction repair costs.
- In Season 4:
- The workshop icon in the lower menu where you can convert objects was renamed "factory"; it was quickly changed back to workshop.
- The text appearing when converting items changed slightly; the old one was: After some DIY, you have obtained
Broken... (the object has been placed in the bank). You have used 1 action points (cost reduced by 2 AP thanks to : Factory, Hacksaw ).
