After accumulating certain amounts of Survivor of Hell! Distinctions the following titles will be unlocked:

• 50× = Hell? I eat a little bit of it for breakfast
• 150× = Regular at the Pandemonium Sauna
• 300× = Hardcore my love!
• 500× = Lucifer's dance partner
• 1000× = Ultimate Hordian Explorer
