Hmm...I have some dynamite and an empty plastic bag that could be filled with water. If I attach the stick of dynamite to the bag, it'll certainly make a much bigger explosion when thrown...

- When you have all of the above components there will be two options. Build: Plastic Bag and Build: Compact Detonator.
- Build: Compact Detonator creates a Plastic Bag and Semtex
- Build: Plastic Bag does nothing, unless a Water Ration is also in your inventory, which then creates a
Water Bomb (using only the Plastic Bag and Water Ration, and the process cannot be reversed.
