No, poisoned food won't stack with regular food of the same type, so poisoned rations are easily distinguishable.
I have a question though. Can a Hero kill a citizen on escort by dropping poisoned food/water and ordering them to use them?--Zoro the Gallade 16:24, 15 December 2012 (PST)
