Talk:Guide to the World Beyond

Hey, playing as the Guide in a small town. As far as I know the guide is only supposed to buff other players in the zone.

However I seem to have 4 control points at this time(not a hero). To the best of my knowledge this is either a Glitch, or a Feature. Possibly both.

My current condition: Clean, Fed, Refreshed, Guide(obviously). 2 AP, 1 Zone from town. My Uniform is Dirty. I am Searching. Another player passed by recently. I have just read a Little Book of Calm. I am also carrying a Rotten Log, and a Meaty Bone. I tried Picking up and dropping the log, and meat separately and together with no effect. I am also talking a lot more on the forum then most of the other players in town.

Hopefully we can clear out the white noise. Also figure out if this has any advantage.

As far as I'm aware, the Guide gains 1 control point for every citizen in the zone, including themselves. So if 2 people were in the zone, then each player would provide 2 control points, and the Guide would get an additional 2 because there are two people in the zone. Right now, as Guide, I'm in the zone with another player, I also have 4 control points.
